Posted at 4:45 p.m. – According to the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in Birmingham the timing and threats in regards to the severe weather tonight is pretty much the same as the earlier today. A broken line of storms along a cold front will quickly push eastward tonight with the possibility of severe storms forming out ahead of that line. Those storms will also have the potential to be severe, with tornadoes, damaging winds, and large hail all possible.
