According to the Elmore County Highway Department: Be advised that River Road, off of Titus Road, located in the Titus community of Elmore County, is closed until further notice due to water crossing the road.
Flash flood waters are expected to recede soon and we will update as soon as we have confirmation from Elmore County Highway Department that the roadway is clear.
