02/28/2017 2:27:03 PM According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office, Birmingham, there is a limited threat of severe storms for Central Alabama, Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday night. The threat includes: Damaging winds up to 60 mph and quarter size hail. Current timing forecast for our area is 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. Updates from the NWS will be posted to our website as they become available.
