EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS

IN SOUTHEAST ALABAMA

THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ALEXANDER CITY, ASHLAND, AUBURN,
EUFAULA, FORT DEPOSIT, LANETT, LINEVILLE, LOWNDESBORO, MILLBROOK,
MONTGOMERY, OPELIKA, PHENIX CITY, PRATTVILLE, ROANOKE, ROCKFORD,
SELMA, TROY, TUSKEGEE, UNION SPRINGS, VALLEY, AND WETUMPKA.

*Thursday 3/5/2020 @ 8:24 am* Dozier Road and the Emerald Mountain Expressway Toll Bridge is CLOSED due to flooding.

*Thursday 3/5/2020 @ 8:24 am* Dozier Road and the Emerald Mountain Expressway Toll Bridge is CLOSED due to flooding.  Montgomery County officials closed Dozier Road for flooding, and will remain closed until further notice.  Commuters are encouraged to make alternate travel plans until further notice.

*2/19/20 @ 3:30pm* Dozier Rd @ Emerald Mtn Bridge expected to close due to flooding. Make alternate travel plans until further notice.

*Wednesday 2/19/2020 @ 3:30 pm* The Tallapoosa River in the area of Dozier Road near the Emerald Mountain Expressway Toll Bridge is forecast to rise above of 28 feet sometime Wednesday afternoon.  Montgomery County is monitoring Dozier Road for flooding, and will close Dozier Road when the flood waters begin crossing the roadway.  Commuters are encouraged to make alternate travel plans until further notice.
